Payment Confirmation

Payment confirmation will be sent via email within 48 hours of TFI receiving the payment.

Refund Policy

No Refunds will be made once a booking has been created by TFI.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their shipments 24 hours prior to making a booking. In the event of a cancellation, TFI will charge the customer AED 75 towards cancellation processing fees. Please allow 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Delivery/Shipping Policy

Any Pick Up or Delivery within Dubai will be done within 48 hours of confirmation. For Domestic and International shipments, all information and milestones such as shipment transit time, estimated shipment arrival date and estimated departure date can be tracked on our website using your Booking Number, Bill of Lading Number, or Airwaybill Number.
